William M. Shensky

William Shensky received a B.S. degree in Physics from Allegheny College, and an M.S. degree in Optics from CREOL, the College of Optics and Photonics at the University of Central Florida, and is a Team Leader at DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory at Adelphi, MD, with 15+ years of professional experience. His research interests include novel nonlinear optical materials, reverse-saturable absorption, laser-induced damage, and other effects caused by high-intensity laser interactions. He is also a Chair of the Organic Photonic Materials and Devices Conference at SPIE Photonics West.
