Golshan Coleiny

Ms. Golshan Coleiny is a Founder of Fundamental Optical Solutions LLC (FOSs), FOSs is a Technology-Driven company, providing Optical Research and Engineering services. Coleiny holds a master's degree in physics and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from two different academic institutes, with over 18 years of proven experience in Research and Development in Optical Engineering and Photonics Technology in design, product development, and project management with many published patents.
She started her career at Nortel Networks as an Opto-Electronic Engineer designing and developing Tunable Semiconductor Lasers and filers with application in fiber optics telecommunications based on MEMs and VCSELs.
She went on many years studying in the Ph.D. program at Boston University on Quantum Optics for Developing devices for encrypted fiber optics communications.
She is a Senior Member of the Optical Society of America (OSA), a member of SPIE and IEEE.
She is also serving as a non-voting member in illuminating Engineering Society (IES) committees.
