Profile Summary

Currently an employee with Phase Sensitive Innovations Inc. research and development of RF components. Received my Master Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Delaware (UD) with the focus of Electromagnetic and Photonics. While at the UD, I have developed a Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) that obtains high gain at 95 GHz, using TowerJazz's SiGe:BiCMOS technology. My research involves circuit theory, and Cadence circuit simulations and layout. I have also done major research in transmission line modeling using ANSYS HFSS.

My knowledge spans from developing PCB boards and machining aluminum hardware, to packaging efforts to analyze the custom-fabricated ICs. I have become fairly familiar with using a vector network analyzer for RF testing and some experience using Labview for sweeping the biasing parameters. From my research I have become very familiar with analyzing devices at high frequencies with lab experience up to 170 GHz.

Beyond research at the University, I am keen on applying my academic knowledge and skills to create various devices and systems as a hobby. I performed significant research in developing robotics, solar systems, model rockets, etc. This includes designing schematics, PCBs, fabricating mechanical hardware and software (primarily Arduino coding).
