Health and safety for SPIE Advanced Lithography + Patterning

SPIE works closely with each event’s convention center facility, the host city's convention and travel bureau, and other event partners on health and safety measures. We are committed to safely accommodating all attendees by including sanitation stations throughout the event facility, as well as locations where you can find personal hand sanitizers and disposable masks.

SPIE follows the guidance of The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as it relates to communicable diseases, as well as local requirements for meeting safely.
