As CTO, I am directly responsible for leading the company's technical direction and the day-to-day pursuits of the Engineering Team, actively monitoring emerging technology trends and directing the technical pursuit of those technologies if they are aligned with our markets.
I am manage the company's sales team of 5. I empowered my team to have customer outreach and a customer-first agenda. I am the company’s chief communicator.

Led the team to achieve the Arkansas Business of the Year award, Most Admired Company in Arkansas (two years running), President's E-Award for exports, and two Governor's awards for export excellence.
I manage our international distributor network in 11 countries. I am also a member of the Global Photonics Alliance. In addition to the two export awards, these items highlight my international experience.
Developed award-winning laser products resulting in winning a Laser Focus World's Innovators Award, R&D Magazine's R&D 100 Award, and Frost Sullivan's Innovation of the Year Award.
