Dr. Soumya Ghose

I am pursuing my PhD in medical image analysis in a Cotutelle program between University of Girona (Girona, Spain) and Univeristy of Burgundy (Burgundy, France). My research interests are in developing deformable and statistical models for medical image segmentation. I expect to defend my thesis in September 2012. I am funded by Generalitat de Catalunya, Spain and Conseil Regional de Bourgogne, France. My PhD supervisors are Dr. Arnau Oliver, Dr. Robert Marti and Dr. Jordi Freixenet in University of Girona and Prof. Fabrice Meriaudeau in University of Bourgogne.
