Open to SPIE Members with a paid registration badge.
No advance registration is required. However, seating is limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Come join your fellow SPIE Student and Early Career Professional Members for an opportunity to connect and kick-off the week together. At this casual and fun networking event, we will have 8 table topics you can join. An expert discussion leader will guide the conversation at each table and ice-breaker questions will be provided as well. After 30 minutes, we will ring a bell and suggest participants switch tables so you can enjoy multiple topics. For your health and safety, we suggest no more than 3 - 4 individuals per table.

• Career paths in industry
• Career transition
• Mental health and work/life balance
• Startup and entrepreneurship
• SPIE Student Chapter management
