High performance IR emitter for NDIR gas analysis: made in USA and customized in Germany
Micro-Hybrid stands for high quality infrared emitter for sophisticated applications.
The basis for this are the IR emitter chips manufactured in our own MEMS Fab NOVA-IR in Tucson, Arizona.
From these, we manufacture the high-end radiation sources of the JSIR series in Germany under strict quality standards. For our customers we cover all application areas of measurement and monitoring of gas concentrations.
The unique technology HermeSEAL® by Micro-Hybrid enables the hermetic sealing of the emitters. This technique guarantees low drift and a long lifetime of JSIR infrared sources even in harsh environments.
By customizing different emitter types, filling gases and filters, we develop reliable and application-optimized infrared components and NDIR gas sensors.
