The following six teams have been selected to move on to the live pitch event at Photonics West.

One team representative from each team will pitch their light-based business. Presenters are competing for a $10,000 first prize courtesy of Jenoptik, founding sponsor of the Startup Challenge.

Soliddd presents the next generation of vision correction for all as macular degeneration starts to take effect. The glasses use sophisticated lens arrays to project images to the areas of the retina that are not damaged.
