Past Event Overview

The event concluded 3 November 2008.

The conference covered advances in spectroscopic methods, techniques, and instrumentation.

The event was relevant to all industries working in materials analysis, including pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical and polymer manufacturing, food safety, basic and applied research, life sciences, and environmental testing.

It is with great regret that we announce that Paul Wilks, an original member of the program, has passed away. SPIE extends its sympathy to the Wilks family, and mourns the loss of a great contributor to the scientific community.

SPIE Spectroscopy Technology + Applications featured leading experts from industry, government, and academia. Click on hyperlinked presentation titles for PDFs and PowerPoints from the conference.
