    Thank you for attending the SPIE Micro+Nano Materials, Devices, and Applications 2013 Conference.
     A multidisciplinary forum with a focus on biomaterials and biological microdevices, micro and nanofluidics, photonics, fabrication, metrology, solar cell technologies, plasmonics, MEMS/NEMS, and nanomaterials. This research has enabled promising new materials and applications across many fields including air/water/food quality, energy, security, and medicine. We thank you for your participation.
