The Exhibitor Fee is for a single 6-foot tabletop; electricity is available. Tables are available on a first-come first-served basis. Tables will be located in the hallway outside of the meeting room – coffee will be in the same area. Exhibit Fee does not include the technical meeting. For exhibit table staff who want to attend the technical sessions, each must register separately purchasing a paid attendee registration through the attendee registration above. Each exhibitor is allowed up to one person as support staff.
Room block booking period is now closed.
We have a room block reserved from 13-17 November at the Huntsville Marriott at the Space & Rocket Center (about the hotel).
