Diamond Point Turning
Reynard Corporation continues to expand its diamond turning capabilities in both manufacturing and metrology. Focusing in the infrared spectrum, we work with a large variety of standard and exotic materials including III-V crystals and chalcogenides to produce custom precision spherical, aspherical, and freeform optical substrates. Combined with our advanced thin film coating capabilities, diamond turned optical filters, mirrors, and components are manufactured and validated in-house. ISO 9001:2015, Cybersecurity, and ITAR. Custom Patterned Optics
Custom photolithographic patterning service produces a wide range of complex patterned optics with geometries down to 5µm on substrates up to 18” in diameter. We provide multiple pattern stacking and gapless patterns. Metallic or dielectric materials are selected based on the application’s transparent, reflective, and/or conductive opto-electrical requirements. Applications include alignment test and reference patterns, heated windows, patterned filters, polka-dots and wideband beamsplitters, reticles, barcodes, and more. Circular Variable Neutral Density Filters
Circular variable neutral density filters from Reynard Corp. offer fully customizable optical density gradient function, transmission gradient function, substrate type, coating materials and size. The filters may be used in high-quality optical systems at UV to far-infrared wavelengths to change the intensity of light from 100 percent to less than 0.1 percent. They are intended for narrowband applications, such as lasers, and wideband applications, such as the white light spectrum. Gradient function can be supplied from 45° to 360° of rotation. The substrates range from 1” to 8” in diameter. ISO 9001:2015, Cybersecurity, and ITAR. Contact us today: sales@reynardcorp.com (949) 366-8866. We look forward to working with you in Perfecting Your Light™
