Applied Surface Technolgies is introducing a new CO2 Snow cleaning unit aimed at particle removal from optics. This unit, K1-04-LV, can be used to remove particles from optics, such as telescope optics and substrates of all kinds. Removal of optics from holders is not needed. This unit can be used to clean one or many optical substrate samples before loading for thing film deposition.
