Of the National Center of Legal Information of the Republic Belarus.

He (co)authored 24 publications, has 16 patents USSR (old).

Result of the spent researches is creation of several methods of the complex signal structure processing (remote sensing) for reception of the information on condition of the environment stability (atmosphere) and methods carrying out of remote measurements (lidar) with demanded accuracy by means low-power radiation sources for creation of software products.
