Xuebo Huang

Mr. HUANG Xuebo is a principal metrologist from the National Metrology Centre (NMC) of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore. He received his B. Eng. and M. Eng. in optical engineering from the Zhejiang University (PRC) in 1982 and 1989 respectively. In 1994, he joined the National Metrology Centre, working in the field of optical radiation metrology. He worked on development projects such as setting up the primary standard for laser power measurement, realization of spectral responsivity scale, development of calibration facilities for fiber optical measurement instruments and calibration of broadband UV radiometers etc. He is currently involved in the development of solar radiometry primary standards and facilities for PV cell characterization and calibration.
