Dr. Tien Pham

Dr. Pham is a Senior Scientific Technical Manager (SSTM) and an ARL Fellow at the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Army Research Laboratory (ARL). He currently serves as the Chief Scientist for the Computational & Information Sciences Directorate (CISD). He helps oversee basic and applied research associated with the ARL Foundational Research Competencies in Military Information Sciences (MIS) and Network, Cyber and Computational Sciences (NC&CS) and the cross-cutting research efforts in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML).
