Dr. Ričardas Buividas

Ricardas Buividas is a PhD candidate at Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia (PhD started in`10). He is currently developing femtosecond laser surface nanotexturing techniques for applications in surface enhanced Raman sensing (SERS). He received Master’s degree in Laser Technology (in `09) and Bachelor’s degree in Computing Physics (in `07) from Vilnius University, Lithuania.
Ricardas worked as a project manager in Altechna Co. Ltd (`07-`10), responsible for femtosecond laser fabrication development. During `05 -`07 he worked as a laboratory assistant, engineer in Vilnius University Laser Research Center, in Lithuania.
