Dr. Gary A. Miller is a Research Physicist at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, DC. At NRL, he develops fiber optic sensors for a variety of applications. Dr. Miller is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Optical Engineering and is the General Chair for The Optical Society’s Applied Industrial Optics conference.
