Bill Parker is an entrepreneur and inventor specializing in finding or developing near-term applications for advanced technologies. He is the co-founder and CEO of Creative Microsystems Corporation and was the founder and CEO of Diffraction LTD. Trained as a plasma physicist (the acknowledged as the inventor of the plasma ball), he has extensive background in lasers, electro-optics, and integrated nano/micro systems. His undergraduate and graduate degrees are from MIT and the MIT Media Laboratory.
