Profile Summary

Andrés Márquez completed his physics degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, Spain, in 1996, and received his MSc and PhD degrees in physics in the Department of Physics, Group of Optics, Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, in 1997 and 2001, respectively. In 2000 he joined the Group of Holographic Materials in the Universidad de Alicante, where he is Professor of applied physics. His research interests include holographic recording materials, liquid crystal spatial light modulators, optical image processing and diffractive optics.
